HyperNormalisation (2016)

HyberNormalisation is a 2016 BBC Documentary written and directed by acclaimed British filmmaker Adam Curtis.

In the film, Curtis presents to us a world that is seemingly out of control. Our own.. Governments, Financiers, Politicians, and techno-utopians have all played a part in shaping the psuedo world we’re all living in. This 40 year tale features the Assad Dynasty, the War in Syria, suicide bombings, Japanese gangsters, Jane Fonda, and President Putin. From Donald Trump to Brexit, this documentary attempts to explain why these chaotic things are happening and how we, as world citizens, continue to retreat to an artificial world of digital simplification.
